CREATIVE PROBLEM SOLVING, COMPREHENSIVE PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND COMPETENT LEADERSHIP
In any organization, to achieve a strategic goal, to solve a problem or to satisfy a need, a solution is wanted. Once it is selected, a project is initiated to turn the solution into meaningful deliverable. To maintain all of these processes, leadership is a must. Leadership in the sense of influencing at all levels. Hence the concept of situational leadership is emphasized. Combining these three main concepts with an objective to enhance the human capital index of each participant, we created the Triple Cycle Specialist certification composed of three major cycles, the cycles of:
- Creative Problem Solving
- Comprehensive Project Management
- Competent Leadership
In this 45 hour training program, the participant will receive an attendance certificate and the TSC professional certification upon the fulfillment of the competency examination.
