TEAM BUILDING, TIME MANAGEMENT, COMMUNICATION, AND DELEGATION
Modern workplaces require supervisors and managers to master four major areas of management competencies: team building, time management, communication, and delegation. This course introduces the participants to the fundamental tools and practical aspects of these competencies.
The training approach used is interactive with hands-on exercises, role playing, and case studies such that the participants learn by doing. This course is appended with management competency examination to find the distinguished participant. The examination is best practice situation-based. The examination is aimed to assist the client to unleash the power of his employees and recognizing their strength and weakness.
